Mr. Steven Teaff, 64, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Hospice Savannah.

Steven was born in Lubbock, Texas on August 21, 1957, to Bill and Glenda Teaff. He was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force and was an aircraft mechanic having worked on the F15 and F4 aircrafts. Mr. Teaff was a retiree of Gulfstream. He also earned his private pilot’s license.

For many years, Mr. Teaff was an active member of Bethel Baptist Church in Richmond Hill, GA where he was a member of the choir and always enjoyed being active in many different roles around the church.  In his free time, Steven enjoyed working on his truck, cooking, digitizing images for embroidering and quilting, and spending time at the gun range. Above all he enjoyed being with his family and was always thinking of them and would pick little trinkets up for them wherever he was in his travels. In the younger years of his children’s life, he could often be found playing tricks on them, having hat shows and even starting an occasional water gun fight. Mr. Steven will be remembered by his family as a loving, knowledgeable, and humorous man that would do anything for anyone.

Survivors include: his loving wife of 39 years, Liz Teaff; daughter, Meredith Teaff of Springfield; son, Ray Giguere (Audra) of Christmas, FL; grandchildren, Jared Giguere, Jamie Giguere, and Arissa Peeples; parents, Bill and Glenda Teaff of Conroe, TX; brother, Tim Teaff of Conroe, TX; his four legged babies, Dixie, Izzy, and Diego; his grandpup, Smokey; and number of extended family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kim Giguere; and brother, David Teaff.

A private family service will be held at the Beaufort National Cemetery.
