Sadie Blair McFearin

Ms. Sadie Blair McFearin, 77, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020, at Hospice Savannah.

Ms. McFearin was born in Effingham County on June 3, 1943 to Willie and Mairrie Blair. She was a member of New Bethel Pentecostal Church in Springfield and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan. Spending time with her family, fishing, and gardening brought great joy to her life.

She is preceded in death by: her parents, Willie and Mairrie Blair; and  grandson, William Robert Barrow, III.

Survivors include: her children, Marie Angela Elkins (Jonathan) of Austell, GA, Joey Blair of Savannah, GA, Ann Flowers (Ronnie) of Cartersville, GA, and Richard McFearin (Jessie) of Williston, ND; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Thursday. June 11, 2020, at 12 noon with burial to follow in the Lower Black Creek Cemetery.
