Nancy Carol Wallace

Nancy Carol Wallace, 90, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Legacy at Savannah Quarters.

Nancy was born on February 4, 1933, in Bath, North Carolina. Throughout her life she was an avid traveler and enjoyed many hobbies including sewing and crafting with her hands. She was fabulous baker, known for her red velvet cake. Nancy was a faithful member of Rincon First Christian Church.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Alston Lee Wallace, Sr.

Nancy is survived by her children, Angela Gardner (Michael) of Savannah, and Joseph Alexander Wallace (Tammy) of Guyton; sister, Clara Hodges; grandchildren, Neal Perry, Alex Perry, Brandon Wallace, Dylan Wallace, Alston Lee Wallace, III, and Joey Sharpley; and great-grandchildren, Noah Perry, Eli Perry, and Cohen Perry.

Visitation will be held at Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 3-4pm with a funeral service to follow at 4pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be held at a later date at Wallace Cemetery in Pinetown, North Carolina.
