Rincon

-Rincon- Mr. Jaysen Wayne Barnhart,49, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022, at his residence.

Jaysen was born in New Brighton, Pennsylvania on November 24, 1972, and joined the Army in 1996. He then got stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma where he met his wife, Stacia and her four children. They spent 25 years together and had two more children. Jaysen worked for Rahn's Wrecker Service, where his coworkers became his second family. He loved big rigs, working with his hands, and building things. In his spare time, Jaysen would take things apart just to put them back together. His pride and joy was his puppy, Kiku.

Jaysen was the world's greatest pappy to five boys. He enjoyed being outdoors; fishing, camping, and riding four wheelers and dirt bikes. He was openly private and liked to have his own space, but made conversation, quickly, with anyone he met. An outgoing and prideful man, he will be missed dearly.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Herbert Leist.

Survivors include: his wife, Stacia Barnhart and their six children, Dylan Barnhart (Abigail "Crash" Smiley), Kylee Barnhart, Midori (Travis) Duncan, Justine (Brandon) Krebs, Brett (Ashley) Frace, Ramon (Katie) Diaz; grandchildren, Braylon, Mason, Levi, Paxton and Alexander; mother, Elizabeth Jane Jones and father, Ronnie Wayne Jones; grandmother, June Leist; siblings, Allyson (Dan) Langley
and their two children, Casey (Shelby) Jones and their one child, Dakota Jones (Renee Stadims), Brittany (Riley) Vickers and their three children.

A celebration of life will be held at 10am on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Effingham County Veterans Park in Springfield with fellowship of friends and family to follow.
