Obituary
Eileen Bernadette Coughlan Cantwell,78, passed away comfortably on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at her home in New York with 2 of her children by her side.
Eileen was born on February 13, 1945, in Ennistymon, County Clare in Ireland and was one of 15 children. At the age of 11 she moved to the USA. Being for Ireland, Eileen was very proud of her Irish heritage. She always had her own way of doing things, and always did it her way.
She had a very strong faith in God and believed that anything was possible through God's grace. She was very proud of her sobriety of 31 years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Cantwell; daughter, Lisa Coughlan; and grandson, Anthony Coppola.
Eileen leaves behind six children, Sean, David, Lisa, Eileen, Jimmy and Katie; stepson, Brendon; and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family members. She loved her children & grandchildren dearly.
Eileen was loved by all who knew her. Her family will miss her and all her shenanigans for the rest of their lives.
She will be laid to rest with her husband and grandson in Guyton Cemetery, Guyton, Ga.
