Wilma Hodges Floyd, 79, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at her residence under the care of Hospice Savannah, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born December 9, 1940 in Effingham County, where she lived for most of her life. Mrs. Wilma was a homemaker and loved her family greatly. She was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church in Guyton.
Mrs. Wilma was preceded in death by: her sons, Ralph and Kenneth Dennis.
Survivors include: her daughters, Elizabeth Dennis of Guyton and Dana Stafford of Statesboro; son, Mike Dennis (Wilamay) of Hiltonia; grandchildren, Karmen, Chelsia, Jamie, Faith, Mickie, and Tim; 9 great grandchildren; brother, Nathaniel Hodges (Claudine) of Springfield; and many other family members.
The family will receive friends from 1-2pm on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Sand Hill Baptist Church with a funeral service to follow at 2pm.
Interment will take place at Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
