William is survived by his devoted siblings: brothers Stephen and his wife Ellen, Bob, and Dean Collum, as well as his sister Kathleen Sanders.

A man of simple pleasures, William's love for fishing was known by all who knew him. Whether casting a line on a serene lake or sharing fishing stories with friends, his appreciation for nature and the tranquility it offered was profound. His affection for dogs was immeasurable.

William was preceded in death by his parents, William Robert Collum Jr. and Anne Chism, as well as his cherished stepparents, Bob Chism and Hildreth Collum. In reflecting on his legacy, those who knew him remember not only his spirit but also the strength and he carried forward from those who shaped his life.
