Wayne Edward Jordan

Mr. Wayne Edward Jordan, 71, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019, at his residence.

Mr. Wayne was born in Huntington, West Virginia on June 24, 1948 to Esther and Leonard Jordan. He was a United States Army Veteran and member of Clyo United Methodist Church. Mr. Wayne enjoyed fishing, watching football and spending time with family and friends. He was loved by everyone and he always enjoyed picking on his friends.

Survivors include: his loving wife, Susie Hyman Jordan; children: Dwayne Jordan (Christy), Justin Jordan(Annette), Chris Colson(Caitlyn), and Joey Colson;  grandchildren: Garrett Jordan, Luke Jordan, Peyton Bowers, Austin Jordan, and Gaige Colson; sisters, Carolyn Hager(Jack), and Peggy Cotton(Dave); sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Miriam Barratta, Connie Wallace(Nelson), Carol Miller, and James “Bo” Hyman; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Sunday, November 17, 2019, from 3 – 5PM. Funeral Services will be held at Silverhill United Methodist Church on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 11AM with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
