Taylor Reed Williams

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Taylor Reed Williams, who left us unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, at the age of 30. Born on Sunday, September 3rd, 1995, Taylor was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend whose spirit will be cherished and remembered forever.

Taylor's vibrant personality and unique spirit illuminated the world around her. A graduate of high school, she sought to share her warmth and kindness with others through her work as a waitress in the food service industry. Her dedication to her role was surpassed only by the joy she brought to her customers and colleagues alike, especially her Mellow Mushroom crew in Savannah, GA.

True to her punk rock style and hippie heart, Taylor embraced life with a sense of adventure and a love for the great outdoors. She found peace and inspiration in nature. Taylor's passion for earrings was well-known, as she loved to express her individuality and creativity through intricate and unique designs.

Taylor's family was everything to her, and she is survived by her devoted parents, Michael Lee Williams and Wendy Rice Woodard. She was a cherished sister to her brothers, Ethan Woodard, Cody Woodard, and Sullivan Williams, and her sisters, Haley Williams and Lily Jones. Her niece Alivia and nephew Jamie meant everything to her and were her world. Taylor's passing leaves a void in their hearts that can never be filled.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Taylor's honor to environmental organizations that promote outdoor conservation, reflecting her love for nature.

Taylor's vibrant soul will forever inspire and guide those who were fortunate to know her. May she rest in peace, eternally free to roam the trails of the heavens.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026 from 6 to 9 pm at Rotary Park in Johnson City, TN.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home, where Taylor's life will be celebrated and remembered by those who loved her.
