Our beloved Sonny crossed the rainbow bridge on October 7, 2025. Born on Valentine’s Day, he brought endless love, joy, and comfort to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His heart was as big as his smile, and his loyalty never wavered.

Sonny shared countless happy moments with many friends, but his closest companions in recent years were Hokie and Bentley — partners in play and mischief. He also shared a special bond with Alexis and Keigan Monroe, whose love and friendship brought him endless happiness and gentle care. One of Sonny’s favorite places was BARKS in Richmond Hill, where he thrived among his daycare pals, basking in affection and fun-filled days.

Sonny’s joyful energy, kind eyes, and loving spirit made every day brighter. Sonny will be loved always by his family, Nicole Washington & Jody Monroe, and by all who were lucky enough to know him. Though he may no longer walk beside us, he will forever live in our hearts — a constant reminder of unconditional love and the joy of a loyal friend.
