-Rincon- Mrs. Shelia Spriggs, 62, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 14, 2019, at Effingham County Hospital.
Mrs. Spriggs was born in Savannah, Georgia on November 22, 1956 to Henry and Elvena Foshee. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. Shelia was a kind hearted person who never had a harsh word to say about anyone.
Survivors include: her loving husband of 40 years, James Robert Spriggs; son, James Dylan Spriggs of Rincon; daughter, Heather Spriggs of Rincon; grandchildren, Alexis, Caden and Jaymee; and sister, Cindy Mock of Savannah.
Services will be private.
