Sandra Daniels

Sandra Lee Daniels, 59, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, June 27, 2024. She was born on March 23, 1965, in Savannah, GA and lived in Rincon, Georgia.

Most of her career was spent with Effingham County until recently when she decided to join the family business. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and many friends who have become family over the years. Her love of crafting and her grandchildren were a big part of her life. Her memory will live on through her compassion and generosity for all whose lives she has touched along the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elton and Ruby Gilder; as well as her sisters, Alesia Thrasher and Diane Brown.

Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy Daniels; sons, James (Nichole) Daniels and Jason (Kelli) Daniels; grandchildren, Averi, Lena, and James; brother, Elton (Kari) Gilder; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends and family from 4pm-5:45pm on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Carlson Riggs Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at Effingham Memorial Gardens at 6pm.
