Ronald Gerald Toole, Sr

-Guyton- Ronald Gerald Toole Sr., 70, passed away April 17, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Toole was born in Savannah, but lived in Guyton for a number of years, he was retired from the Southern Company after 30 plus years of service, was a member of the I.B.E.W. A Baptist and an avid Civil War Buff. Survivors include: his wife, Cherry Toole of Guyton; a son, Ronald Gerald Toole, Jr. of Denver; two sisters, Vicki Elizabeth Toole and Angelia Maria Toole both of Savannah; a brother, Randal Toole (Becky) of Walhalla, S.C.; two sisters, Betti Toole LeMaster of Granietville, S.C., and Carolyn Toole Taylor of Sylvania; a brother, in law, Thomas W. Odum of Guyton and three grandchildren, Emily Maria McIntosh, Joseph Leland McIntosh and Carter Calhoun Clark. Visitation was held on Monday, April 21, 2014 from 1-2 p.m. at Riggs Funeral Home with funeral services to follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment: Guyton cemetery.
