Pamela Herring Clark

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pamela Herring Clark, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who departed this life on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the age of 75.

Born on April 4, 1951, in Raleigh, North Carolina, Pamela was the daughter of the late Livious and Margaret Herring.

Pamela is preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Ron Clark; her parents, Livious and Margaret Herring; her step-dad, Andrew Cunningham; her brother, Michael Herring; and her grandson, Alex Gilman. Her unwavering dedication to family was evident in her every action and gesture, qualities that left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Pamela enjoyed a fulfilling career as a receptionist. In her free time she tended to her garden, loved watching the birds and squirrels play, she loved spending time with her dogs and training them. Pamela’s most cherished time was spent with family and making her grandchildren breakfast.

Pamela leaves behind a devoted family to cherish her memory: her loving daughter Noel Gilman and husband Paul; her step-son Phillip Clark and wife Heather; and her dear grandchildren, Paul Cameron Gilman along with his wife Karissa, and Kayleigh Gilman. Her legacy of kindness, resilience, and compassion will continue to inspire and guide those she loved.

In our hearts, her kind spirit and gentle manner will forever remain, a guiding light for those she loved dearly. She will be missed beyond measure, leaving an indelible mark on all whose lives she touched. May she rest in eternal peace.
