Mrs. Willbalene "Billie" Watts

-Rincon- Mrs. Willbalene "Billie" Watts, 85, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Effingham County Extended Care. Mrs. Watts was born in Glennville, Georgia and lived in Effingham County for many years. She was a seamstress and a member of God's House. Survivors include her husband, Fonzo Watts of Rincon; son, Larson Watts (Beatrice) of Springfield; daughter, Audrey Ray (Andy) of Rincon; sisters, Louise Pearson of Maryville, IL and Myrtle Herring of Dothan, AL; 3 grandchildren, Lorrie Morgan, Angie Moye and Ashley Ray and 5 great grandchildren, Jacob, Abby-Grace, Morgan, Luke, Benjamin and Liam. Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 -3 p.m. with funeral services to follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 3 p.m. Interment will be held in the Springfield Annex.
