-Rocky Ford-Mrs. Frances Marilyn Brown, 74, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015, at Ogeechee Area Hospice. Mrs. Brown was born in Austell, Georgia and lived in Bulloch County for many years. She was a bookkeeper for her husbands business for many years and attended Rocky Ford Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Billy Brown; son, Timothy Lance Kelly of Hiram, GA; daughter, Renee Smith of Powder Springs, GA; step-daughter, Emma Patricia Bullard of Savannah; brothers, Ronnie Willioughby, Billy Willioughby, Buster Willioughby, Dennis Lee Willioughby and Tony Willioughby; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Rocky Ford Baptist Church on Monday, April 20, 2015 from 12 - 2 p.m. with funeral services to follow at the church beginning at 2 p.m. Interment will be held in the Guyton Cemetery.
