-Meldrim- Mrs. Annie Fowler, 91, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017, at Bryan County Health and Rehab in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
Mrs. Annie was born in Whiteville, North Carolina on January 11, 1926 to William and Nancy Fipps. She was a retired sales associate and of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by: her husband, James William Fowler, Sr. and her parents, William and Nancy Fipps
Survivors include: her sons, James William Fowler, Jr. of Meldrim and William Franklin Fowler of Savannah; daughters, Pat Raynor (Jerry) of Kenansville, North Carolina and Linda Stegin (Mike) of Meldrim; and 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2017, in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
