-Ellabell- Mr. Roy Howard, 54, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015. Roy was a native of Florida, he was a carpenter and member of Central Baptist Church. Survivors include his son, Joseph "Joey" Howard of Alabama; brother, Dewayne Howard of Illinois; sister, Patricia Ann Hoover of Ellabell and 5 grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September, 19, 2015, from 11 a.m. - 12 noon at Central Baptist Church with funeral services to follow at 12 noon.
