Mr. Edward Leroy Howell, Jr

-Bloomingdale-Mr. Edward Leroy Howell, Jr., 75, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at Tattnall Healthcare Center in Reidsville, Georgia. Mr. Howell was a construction worker and of the baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Betty Howell; son, Russell Howell of Rincon; daughters, Janelle Hancock of Rincon, Kimberly Sharpe of Rincon and Mona Fail of Bloomingdale; 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 6 - 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with internment to follow at the Springfield Annex.
