Michael Anthony "Tony" Maddox

-Springfield- Mr. Michael Anthony “Tony” Maddox, 60, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Candler Hospital in Savannah, Georgia,

Michael was born on May 31, 1961 in Marion, Indiana to Emerson and Margaret Maddox. He was an avid comic book collector, enjoyed watching sports, and playing video games. Tony will be remembered as a hardworking man who enjoyed spending time with friends and above all spending time with his loving family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emerson and Margaret Maddox; sister, Teresa Jackson; and brother, Marshall Maddox.

Survivors include: his sisters, Janet Porier of Rincon and Joan Corbitt of Springfield; brother, David Maddox of Oklahoma; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Services will be private.
