Mary Lillian Williams

Mrs. Mary Lillian Williams, 85, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Mary was born in Effingham County on November 26, 1937, to the late Benjamin and Maggie Coleman. She enjoyed cooking and above all spending time with her loving family. Mary will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Williams; parents, Benjamin and Maggie Coleman; and brothers, Eugene Coleman, Frank Coleman, and Robert Coleman.

Survivors include: her sons, Milton Williams (Clarees Nichols) of Guyton, and Kenny Williams (MaryAnn) of Guyton; grandson, Whitney Williams of Port Wentworth; sister, Miriam Babb of Guyton; brother, Gary Coleman of Guyton; special nephew, Robbie Coleman(Lynn); and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held in the Guyton Cemetery on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 11am.
