Marsha Dyer Stewart

Marsha Dyer Stewart, 59, of Bloomingdale, Georgia and widow of Jeff Stewart, died Thursday morning at her residence with her family at her side.

Born in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Charles Dyer and the late Ruby Gilder Dyer. Marsha enjoyed arts & crafts and gardening. She liked fishing, animals, and going to the beach. Marsha was a soap opera queen, always watching General Hospital and The Bold and the Beautiful. She loved watching NASCAR races, and her favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandson.

Those who will cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Whitney & Mike Shearouse; sisters, Lindy Covington, April Cannon, Marcie Covington, Anita Griner, and Sharee Capwell; and her grandson, Jackson Shearouse and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 11 am at Carlson and Riggs Funeral Home.
