Mrs. Shuman was born in Savannah, lived in Rincon for a number of years, and was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Larry Shuman, Jr. (Monica) of Lynchburg, Virginia and a brother, Miles W. Herring, Jr..
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
