Kenneth Perley Mills,35, born in Laconia, New Hampshire, on August 17, 1988, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He lived a remarkable life filled with strength, faith, and resilience.

Kenneth was a graduate of A.L. Brown High School in Kannapolis, North Carolina and spent many years attending church with his family at Cabarrus Christian Fellowship before moving to Guyton and attending Pineora Baptist Church. 

His journey in this world was marked by bravery and unwavering faith. Despite battling neuroblastoma, he defied the odds and was one of the longest survivors this rare disease. His courage in the face of adversity touched the hearts of many, and his determination to live life to the fullest was truly admirable. Kenneth's proudest accomplishments were not only his personal victories but also the way he touched the lives of those around him. Despite his difficulties, he always enjoyed loving on people, praying for them, and witnessing to everyone he met.

Kenneth leaves behind his sister, Sarah McIntyre (Jeremy); brother, Warren Hites; nieces and nephews, Alena Larsen, Kieran, Hannah, Chloe, Dominick, Matthew, and Ronen McIntyre

 A Celebration of Life service to honor and remember Kenneth will be held at Pineora Baptist Church on Saturday, September 28,2024 at 4pm.
