Kenneth L. Bowers

Kenneth L. Bowers, 67, a cherished husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19th, 2026.

Born on Thursday, August 20th, 1959, to his late parents Myrtle and Robert Bowers.

Kenneth grew up with a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. He served his country with honor as a member of the US Air Force, instilling in him a lifelong sense of duty and respect for others. He also dedicated 34 years of work to Gulfstream. Kenneth's passions were many; he found solace in the serenity of fishing, joy in the thrill of hunting, comfort in the art of cooking, and a love for the melodies of music, which always filled his home with warmth.

Kenneth will be remembered by his beloved wife of 23 years, Debbie Bowers; stepson, Brett Lucke; stepdaughter, Nicki Jacoby; brother, David Bowers; sisters, Joette Jernigan and Sue Handy, several nieces and nephews, and extended family, and friends.

Services will be private.

In this time of sadness, we take comfort in the memories we hold dear, and the legacy Kenneth leaves behind. He lived a life full of kindness, adventure, and love, touching the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him. Kenneth will be missed, but his life will be celebrated forever.
