-Rincon- Mr. Johnny William Ray, 71, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, October 19, 2017.
Mr. Johnny was born in Glennville, Georgia on May 16, 1946 to W.D. and Esel Stanfield Ray. He worked with Edwards Interior Aerospace and attended Maranatha Assembly of God.
He is preceded in death by his parents, W.D. and Esel Ray; and brothers, Joby Ray and Allen Ray.
Survivors include: his wife, Recia Faye Ray; son, Thomas W. Ray (Simone); brothers, Jimmy Ray (Brenda), and Andy C. Ray (Audrey); sisters, Deborah Ray Williams (Wes), Rozzie Ray Nusbaum (Del) and Loutrell Ray Poole (Ray); and grandsons, Austin Tyler Ray, Elias Ray and Jordan Roberts.
Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 3 - 5 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the chapel of Riggs Funeral Home on Monday, October 23, 2017, at 10 a.m. with burial to follow in the Rincon Cemetery.
