Freida (Arnsdorff) Colson

Mrs. Freida Colson, 70, passed away at Hospice Savannah on Thursday, January 9, 2020.

Mrs. Freida was born in Savannah, Georgia on March 9, 1949 to Ray and Nellie Arnsdorff. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her loving family and cooking. She was loved by all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by: her parents, Ray and Nellie Arnsdorff; and brothers, Johnny Marvin Arnsdorff and Franklin Harrelson.

Survivors include: her loving husband of 55 years, Hermie Colson; sons, Hermie Colson, Jr. of Rincon and Anthony Colson of Rincon; daughters, Stacy Colson of Rincon and Kelly Colson of Rincon; brother, Benny Arnsdorff of Rincon; sister, Shirley Davis (Joseph) of Clyo;6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and her beloved fur baby, Clyde.

A visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home for family and friends on Sunday, January 12, 2020 from 2-4PM with graveside services to follow in the Springfield Annex.
