Mrs. Frances Vest, 55, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Effingham County Hospital.
Frances was a simple woman who enjoyed fishing, camping at Clark Hill, and scuba diving. She was a homemaker and had a great love for animals.
Survivors include: her loving husband, Travis Vest; and son, Harley Vest.
Services will be private.
