Frances Leaetta Robbins

Frances Leaetta Robbins, 58, passed away January 14, 2019 at Effingham Hospital.

Frances was born March 28, 1960 in Milton, FL to the late Elias Robbins and Laura Carico Robbins.

Mrs. Robbins enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, snuggling with her cats, and spending time with her loved ones. Frances requested that she be cremated and the ashes be spread over the ocean so she can swim with the dolphins.

She is survived by: her significant other, Marcus Brazell of Springfield; her children, Jarret Vaden and Misty Hall both of Virginia, and Daniel Hall of Springfield; grandchild, Jordan Vaden; and numerous brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, and friends.

Family will receive friends for visitation 12- 2 pm on Friday, January 18 at Riggs Funeral Home.
