Flora Blankenship Naughton

Flora Blankenship Naughton, 84, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Flora was born in Mississippi on January 13, 1940, to the late Lee Hiram and Sallye Blankenship and lived in Effingham County for a number of years.
 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Naughton; parents, Lee Hiram and Sallye Blankenship; and three sisters.
 
 Survivors include: her sons, Lee Sikes (Donna) and Glenn Sikes (Michelle); grandchildren,  Jeremy, Lindsay, Alec, Avery, Devin (Chelsea), Dalton (Hannah), and Abbey (Mason); and 2 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Sylvia Smith (Joe); special niece, Donna Hodges, with whom she lived with and was cared for by the last 13 years; and several nieces, nephews and many friends.
 
 A celebration of life will be held at Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 2pm.
