-Guyton- Claire Elaine Fort was born on Thursday, July 31, 2014 to parents Weston and Candace Fort at Candler Hospital. Claire's family was blessed to spend 5 weeks with Claire, before she took on her heavenly wings from Memorial Hospital on Sunday, September 7, 2014. Claire is deeply loved and missed by her mommy and daddy; paternal grandparents, Gary and Terri Fort of Guyton; maternal grandparents, Monica Collins of Guyton and Jonathan Borders of Rincon; maternal great grandparents, Timothy and Rose Mary Doyle of Guyton; maternal great great grandmother, Annie May Morris of Guyton; aunts and uncles, Justin Fort, Ashley Fort, Brandi Fort, Taylor Borders and Justin Borders.
