Charles Joseph "CJ" Hirschbuhl, Jr

-Tybee Island- Charles Joseph “CJ” Hirschbuhl, Jr., 18, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019, at Memorial Hospital.

CJ was born on November 30, 2000 in Jacksonville, FL and lived in Jacksonville most of his life before moving to Tybee Island. He attended Islands High School, was also very involved in Pop Warner football, an active member of the YMCA, and the Boy Scouts.

Survivors include: his mom, Nicole Todd of Springfield, GA; dad, Charles Hirschbuhl, Sr. of Jacksonville, FL; siblings, Marisa Norse, Stephen Todd, Jr., Katelyn Todd, Zachary Todd, and Reigan Todd all of Jacksonville; grandparents, Penny and Larry Frederickson of Jacksonville, Nancy and Chip Hilger of Pennsylvania, and Laura Anderson of Jacksonville; aunt and uncle, James and Kimberly Lowe; uncles, Scott Hirschbuhl, John Hirschbuhl, Rob Hirschbuhl; and Andrew Hilger; aunts, Jessica Hirschbuhl and Julia Hilger; a number of cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1PM – 2PM on Sunday, September 22, 2019, at Tybee Island American Legion, 10 Veterans Drive, Tybee Island, GA, with a celebration of life at 2PM and a luncheon to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Riggs Funeral Home, 1979 Highway 119S, Guyton, GA 31312 in memory of Charles Joseph "CJ" Hirschbuhl.
