-Bloomingdale- Mrs. Barbara C. Brown, 74, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018, at her residence.
Mrs. Barbara was born in Mobile, Alabama on May 28, 1943 to Louis and Barbara Yeager. She enjoyed camping, riding on the pontoon boat and singing. However, being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother brought the greatest joy to her life.
Survivors include: her loving husband of 48 years, John "Pokey" Brown; sons, Leslie Wayne Brown of Richmond Hill, Kenneth Lee Brown of Savannah and Brad Brown of LaGrange; daughters, Kelly Lynn Brown of Mobile, Alabama, Sharon Redding of Guyton and Amy Bryant of Macon; sisters, Martha Tompkins of Guyton and Priscilla Johnson of Mobile, AL; 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Riggs Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, from 2 - 3 PM with graveside services to follow in the Guyton Cemetery.
