Mrs. Ann Helmey Tuttle, 85, passed away at Hospice Savannah on Monday, February 20, 2023, with her loving family by her side.

Ann was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her greatest joy was taking care of her family. She loved to feed a crowd and enjoyed beautiful flowers. She will be missed by all who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo “Lonnie” Tuttle, Sr.; son, Alonzo "Al" Tuttle, Jr.; parents, Thomas and Tallulah Helmey; brother, Newman Everett; and sisters, Lottie Austin, Eleanor Clark, Carol O’Neal, and Clara Howard.

Survivors include: her daughters, Angela Davidson of Guyton, Kimberly Tuttle of Guyton, and Diane Allen (Greg) of Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Alonzo Tuttle, III, Angel Tuttle, Jonathan Tuttle, Justin Tuttle, Jesse Boles, Kalen Bajorek, Reagan Allen and Ryan Allen; a number of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special family friend.

Visitation will be held at Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 3-4pm with a funeral service to follow at 4pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be held in the Marlow Cemetery.
